Elk Box 7-01 MVA

9/2/23 23:11 – Station 1 was alerted alongside Elk Company 7 for a reported motor vehicle accident on Route 219 in the area of Route 153 with possible entrapment. Elk Chief 7 went enroute soon after dispatch, county then advised there to be possible confinement not entrapment. Rescue 1 (Capt. J. Knox) and Engine 1 (Capt. M. Furlong) both responded. Brockway EMS 1-99 found the accident to be closer to Toby Road and advised there to be one patient confined not entrapped. Rescue 7-12 and Utility 7-13 responded as well. Upon arrival the crew from Rescue 1 assisted Elk 7 and Brockway Ambulance with extricating the patient from the vehicle. One the tow company arrived Rescue 1 returned with the rest of Station 1 units to follow. The box was placed available.
